TO ORDER . . . . . IT'S EASY! We accept VISA, MASTERCARD, AMERICAN EXPRESS , DISCOVER, PayPal, Money Order, and personal check ( *).

SHIPPING / SALES TAX . . . Most items will ship USPS. We make every effort to process your order within 24 hours on all stock items. Due to our location, most shipments will arrive within 3-5 days. Special shipping arrangements can be made for very large orders or very large items. We are required to charge sales tax on all orders shipped to addresses in Ohio, USA only. No tax will be charged on orders shipped outside the state of Ohio, USA.

BARN  STARS
There may be a week or two delay in shipping due to the high volume of stars being handmade and painted custom colors by the Amish family. If this needs to be rushed for a last minute gift let us know and we will work with you as needed. These products are not mass produced in a factory, our stars are heavy-duty steel individually hand cut, bent, and painted one wing at a time. Our stars and hearts are made in the U.S.A. by Amish farmers and are worth the slight wait for shipping.

BASKETS
If we do not have the custom selected colors of your basket in inventory - we will custom order it with our basket crafters. It usually does not take but a couple days for the basket to be ordered, made and then picked up. We assure you that we will pack your basket as soon as it is available and get it right out to you.

WAGON WHEELS
We have a large inventory of all sizes of our wheels at most times. However, due to the large quantity of orders and various sizes that are ordered, there may be, from time-to-time a delay in have the wheels available to ship. Please contact us regarding availability if you are on a tight dead-line and need them by a certain date.   We will ship the wheels as soon as we have them available.

Please note that our site is set up to charge your credit card for your order at the time your order is placed. The order will be packed and shipped as soon as possible.

RETURN  POLICY . . . . . We will accept returns for a full refund of the purchase price if you are unhappy for any reason within 15 days less a 20% restocking fee; However, no shipping costs will be refunded. Please email us at Returns@AmishAndCountryCollectibles.com or by filling in the fields below with your email address and information concerning the return so we can watch for it to arrive. Upon arrival, full refund (less shipping and restocking fee) will be applied to original payment method. SPECIAL  ORDERS. . . . Cancellation of special order items after project has been started will result in a 25% cancellation fee.
