SHIPPING / SALES TAX . . . Most items will ship USPS. We make every effort to process your order within 24 hours on all stock items. Due to our location, most shipments will arrive within 3-5 days. Special shipping arrangements can be made for very large orders or very large items. We are required to charge sales tax on all orders shipped to addresses in Ohio, USA only. No tax will be charged on orders shipped outside the state of Ohio, USA.
BARN STARS
There may be a week or two delay in shipping due to the high volume of stars being handmade and painted by the Amish family. If this needs to be rushed for a last minute gift let us know and we will work with you as needed. These products are not mass produced in a factory. Our stars and hearts are made in the U.S.A. by Amish farmers and are worth the slight wait for shipping. The site will charge your credit card for the items at the time of purchase when using a credit card to pay for your order. The item will be packed and shipped as soon as possible.

RETURN POLICY . . . . . We will accept returns for a full refund of the purchase price if you are unhappy for any reason within 15 days less a 20% restocking fee; However, no shipping costs will be refunded. Please email us at Returns@AmishAndCountryCollectibles.com or by filling in the fields below with your email address and information concerning the return so we can watch for it to arrive. Upon arrival, full refund (less shipping and restocking fee) will be applied to original payment method. SPECIAL ORDERS. . . . Cancellation of special order items after project has been started will result in a 25% cancellation fee.
